Its been a while since we deployed a new version so this one just had to be a bomb! 1.3.0 of EmployPlan is out and with it:
– You can now use EmployPlan to form alliances with other companies to exchange talent between institutions
– You can now define the learning curve and difficulty of skills, controlling how fast your employees advance skill levels
– You can now edit professions directly from the profession page making configuration one step easier
– The app now includes a chat that lets you quickly get in contact with the people in the company
– Tens of tiny UX/UI improvements
Most notably however, if you are in Poland, you can already pre-order a talent token that gives you right to hire one verified IT specialist from our database. As part of our Clanhouse collaboration we group people into open source projects and monitor how they build software together over a few months.
