The Polish program “Idea for a Startup 2020” became a part of our journey.
Throughout the program, from investor communications, extensive product pitches, and coaching exercises we experienced from Lenovo, L’Oreal, and Accenture technology that the challenge we are solving is present and thus to date, not yet solved.
Allowing talent and people to perform is something most companies and organizations repeat endlessly, from framework to spreadsheets, many things have been created, but in the ever-growing IT and technology sector – a suitable solution that satisfies both the people and leadership has not yet been introduced.
As a result of these engagements and the results the team was able to showcase, EmployPlan was awarded “The innovation award” from Accenture Technology
It is a sign of moving in the right direction, bringing use to both local businesses and international corporations, uniting business, and people’s needs because: “Any business is a people business”
